Alberto "Beto" De la Torre (54). Es el único
al que se le suma la acusacion de "tenencia ilegal
de arma de guerra y tenencia ilegal de arma de uso civil".
Lo señalan como uno de los líderes del golpe,
el que iba con guardapolvo blanco. Tiene un pasado en la
primera formación de la mítica Superbanda.
Su mujer declaró contra él, como testigo de
identidad reservada. Luego se reconciliaron. La Justicia
investiga el intento de secuestro de su hijo de 11 años
ocurrido en agosto. Está preso.

Mario Vitette Sellanes (52). Es señalado como el jefe
de la banda, quien iba de traje gris y negociaba con los policías.
En 1998 la Federal lo detuvo acusado de integrar una banda
de asaltos tipo "hombre araña". Está
preso. |

García Bolster (40). Alias "Marciano" o "El
ingeniero". Según la acusación estaba dentro
del túnel cuando fue el golpe y fue quien descubrió
la red de desagües. Está en libertad debido a
que no tenía antecedentes penales. |

Araujo (40). Amigo de García Bolster, está señalado
como el ladrón que entró último a la
sucursal. Fue uno de los últimos en caer. Lo detuvieron
el 10 de abril mientras acampaba en San Juan. Está
con libertad morigerada. |

Julian Zalloechavarría (50).Se lo acusa de ser la persona
que estaba esperando a la banda con una combi a la salida
de la alcantarilla, a 14 cuadras del banco. Esta preso. |

el expediente también hay otras personas investigadas
por los fiscales. Entre ellas Silvia Liliana Fernández:
la mujer fue detenida junto a De la Torre. Para los fiscales
hizo de campana pero el juez le dictó falta de mérito. |
